my son 5 yr old, he was started to fever after ate ice cream, I was gave him paracetamol tablet 650 mg half tab, what are the things I follow to decrease fever?

Uma RamMom of 2 children2 days agoA. Hello good evening !! Give medicine as prescribed by your Paediatrician . According to the composition dosage changes based on the baby's age and weight. So while giving any medicine take Doctor's advice. Do sponging with wet cloth to reduce temperature ,give more water,fluids,fruits for hydration.
