my son 5 years old.we have give paracetamol syrup after 24 hours he has blister in lips that mark doesn't remove 4 or 5 month blister black mark in lips.Doctor said stop paracetamol please give meftal syrup for fever after I give meftal syrup my son suffer fix 2 time.please suggests any fever syrup for this problem
