My meeting is going to be completely dependent upon the current weight of your child should be somewhere around 4.5 ML because I’m not aware about the weight of your child so generally as per the current age of your child I’m going to recommend you somewhere around 4.5 ML that you can repeat every six hours rest you can check as per the current weight of your child
