my son 5 years 3 month old is having very high fever for almost 2 days took him to a general physician he says he has got an allergy cold so he recommended some medicine i.e sensictav kid tablet 3 times a day crocin syrup 240.. 5 ml and monticope kid please help as his fever is not going at all

This time viral is happening quite a lot maybe it is the same so in that case if the fever does not subside within three days you have to have a proper blood test done for the child to understand what is the situation and according to that if there is a problem like infection or something they can change the medicines and can start with a course of antibiotics as well but for that you have to consult a doctor
