Q.

My son 5 month old he fell dowm from my lap his face is down. He cried then I feed very little amount of vomiting he did. After that he is start and doing all his activities

A. Any Fall injury specially head injury needs to be assessed properly . In any such case certain symptoms needs to be checked like loss of consciousness reccurrent vomiting or any abnormal moment or convulsions . Such case needs immediate medical intervention as there could be some internal injury . Otherwise application of ice locally to reduce the swelling and pain can be done along with some analgesic like paracetamol. Recudrrent fall injury for a child should be avoidedd as it can lead to some chronic manifestations occasionally . Also teeth injury should be rule out in any such case which is commonly associated and can be easily missed out most of the time .

A. Still You should get it checked with your doctor to avoid the possibility of an internal injury once you get your child checked properly the assessment is done properly at least you’ll be sure that your child hasn’t got hurt so don’t take a chance really check with your doctor ones
