we have done nail biopsy and found that its a NAIL LICHEN PLANUS. Doctor prescribed Tacrolimus 0.1%, after 3 months my sons toe both thumb toe are improved and hand nails doesn't have any improvement. now doctor prescribed Fluocinolone acetonide lotion(2days a week) along with previous ointment. Hoping for better results.
