my son 3 year 4months old kid has fever from morning and he vomited 2 times. I gave medicine for fever but why vomiting due to indigestion I am little worried

A. dear mom. if he used to do vomiting watery and more often then might be due to infection most probably, and it needs a detailed evaluation. give him lots of fluids.
