My 8month old baby has fever, vomited 2-3 times. He has got diarrhoea so was giving him Zinc drops prescribed my our paediatrician. But I’m concern about his fever and vomiting. Please suggest

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 months agoA. hi. you may guve him. onden drops abd calpol drops for the same. increase breast feeding to avoid dehyderation, also look for teething. take care abd all the very best.
