Q.
My son(3.7) has vomting yesterday night associated with fever. Suspecting as good poisoning. Complaining stomach pain since morning. Fever has reduced after using Crocin syrup. But he has stomach pain and occational motion. Please suggest what can be done to reduce it.

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. it is better to consult a doctor for cases like food poisoning It is very important to avoid dehydration please give ORS coconut water buttermilk to the baby give zinconia syrup 5 ml 2 times a day along with enterogermina tubes to the baby
