Hi all, Since yesterday night my 3.9 years baby girl having fever, she was saying stomach pain, and given paracetamol then she sleep a bit, morning again fever associated with a vomiting, not eating anything as she is having stomach pain, what should do any suggestions highly appreciated. Thanks.
