Q.
my son 24months old last 3days he's suffering cold and fever .i gave paracetamol and mefenamic acid suspension 3.5ml.for cold i gave promethazine syrup 3ml with doctor suggetion.he taking food.but he's crying not well.andvtoday evening urine came light reddish like we are taking beetroot get urine like that.what happen.please give me suggestions
