My son 2.7 he said minimum 20 words he understands all my words follow the commands pointing what he want but not talking so much why like this he reached all his milestones regularly please why happen like this

A. good evening it is not something to be stressed about I would recommend you to try to be patient enroll your child in a kindergarten school and you will notice this problem will get automatically resolved
