Q.

My son 1yr 2 months fell on his back. He got a bump in the back of the head. We kept ice immediately and the bump was gone. He is active. Do we have to worry ? Is ther any thing we have to look for ? Kindly advice

A. if it is paining and the child is growing it is advisable to give paracetamol which will help in decreasing the swelling as well as pain and you can apply ice over the swelling which will again help in decreasing the swelling and if the child is not having any other complaints then just wait and watch
