can we apply ice in winters on the bump of head

A. yes you can apply ice on the swelling provided you maintain good temperature later on as well as protect the child hal properly from winterand if there is any need then you should visit your nearby doctor to get a proper examination done for proper treatment according to the symptoms and history regarding this
