my son 1year old his weight 7.5 kg he is not gaining weight can suggest what to do. We also told the doctor but he didn't say anything

If your child is eating well yet the weight is not increasing then that’s mostly due to deficiency of iron and calcium into the body and could be due to multivitamins as well so it would be good if you start with necessary supplements and also give more of proteins to the child with the diet that you are giving
