Give more of proteins into the diet of your child vegetarian definitely you can give for non-veg you can give egg egg chicken and fish can also be given so that is going to be good and if your vegetarian then stick to vegetarian fruit along along with the healthy diet that you are giving and start with iron and multivitamin supplement also
