my sodium level was shown 134 . why does it decrease ? how to maintain it? there is swelling in legs more in right one is it a cause of concern?

A. your doctor will tell you which diet you should follow along with fluids that has to be taken and do not do anything on your own and take proper rest and everything will become normal
