my sister is 8 month pregnant. Her legs are swelled. is there any remedy to decrease the swelling Thank you

A. check BP. see only the doctor who can see you in person can judge what is the right status. best to trust hersee more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide you

A. Hello good morning !! For reducing swelling walking for a while (just normal walk at home, corridors for 5-10 minutes after lunch, dinner ) which also helps in digestion. Keep legs on pillows or small stools while resting (under calf to feet) so that the blood circulation will be normal which reduces swelling.
