drink lots of water.
eat healthy diet.
avoid spicy and oily food

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and also please massage your fave with almond oil on daily basis.. also apply Aleoveera gel as it is a natural skin healer. and also use mamaearth ubtan as it is good for skin.
