my six month child getting water in his eyes. specially evening time. is it any infection or something else?

See Without checking the eyes of the child I really cannot tell you whether it is due to some infection or there is some dirt into the eye which is making the eye water like that it would be advisable or other would be better to consult your paediatrician as of now
