my sister's baby is now one month but still his inner corner of eyes and skin look little yellow and his bilirubin was 16 at early but after phototherapy it came to 10 and he is vaccined hep-b also .can you help me out why it is so??

A. if there is some staining in the eyes because of the joint is this training will go gradually but still it is better to consult your doctor one to rule out any other cause
