My sister in law had a premature(7th month) baby boy born on 29th May He hasn't pass stool since 5 days , do we need to worry

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician4 months agoA. No need to worry if baby us comfortable and keep feeding the baby well on regular intervals and burp after feeds and if baby us in discomfort then apply little hing paste around naval

No Ma’am here I would like to tell you that whether it is a premature child or a full-time child as they are on hundred percent liquid diet there can be a situation when they don’t poop for 10 to 15 days also at a stretch but if you feel at any time that the child is discomfort you can insert a suppose a tree into the anal region of the child otherwise if the child is comfortable showing no sign of discomfort then you do not have to worry about it
