Q.
My sister has just given a birth to a baby girl on date 15-02-2023 by operation and i request u to tell me about the fruits which can be given to my sister during this period and which type of fruits should be avoided.

Just avoid the fruits and vegetables which have seeds in them like guava Ladyfinger so all these days should be avoided otherwise there is no restriction on any kind of fruit or vegetable to be offered because that is considered very very healthy and please make sure that she has good amount of proteins to begin with
