My sister baby is 7 months old but still he look like 3 months with baby every test is normal.

I’m not understanding how you feel your child is looking small whether the child is underweight the height is less or what is the situation that you have not clearly mentioned but if all the tests are normal then there is nothing for you to be worried things are going to be better over the period of time
