my self had a emergency c sec delivery on March since then I got a first period on April 16 and then periods are regular with heavy flow till the month of June 12 and now I still didn't get periods I am experiencing pain in my stitches around the lower abdomen on both sides .

ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. Is there also any color change around the stitches area? If the pain is severe then you can take tablet paracetamol as of now as it is safe during breast feeding also. Consult your gynecologist if it is not bearable Write Your Answer Here

Did You check for a pregnancy test or not first you go and check your pregnancy test and if you are not pregnant and you still feeling all this pain and all the stuff then you should get a check with your gynaecologist once as it could be due to hormonal changes in the body
