my self bhuvana for this month 25th it's going to complete 6 months of my delivery journey it was C-section can I start the Yoga I have lower back pain and leg pain.

A. You can start you can start with regular daily walking followed by mild exercise after a few days and then slowly move on for heavy workouts after 7 months Also take care to have proper nutritious diet and adequate water intake
