Q.

My second baby is 1 month. I am not sure if i am having sufficient breast feed. What can be done to increase the feed. Also, how to check. .

A. Adequate wet diapers or nappies. Colorless and odourless urine minimum 6-7 times a day. If you have a good supply of milk then then the baby seeming lethargic and calm while feeding can be a sign that the tummy is full. If the baby is fussy after feeds, then his/hunger little tummy is still hungry. Have healthy food and plenty of fluids

A. hi dear Boost your milk supply.Encourage your baby to feed from the breast often, as the more milk she consumes, the more you'll make. You can also do some additional expressing, as explained above – double pumping in particular can help increase your supply further.
