Boroline antiseptic cream you can apply for the cracks and for the pain you can check with the doctor maybe the pain is associated with the nerves they can help you with the medicine to reduce it also would recommend to prefer using a Babyhug nipple sheet if you want that will give protect protection while feeding the child
