my report says LiQ is adequate to mild Less AFI about 8-9 cms means? what should i do for solving this

Uma RamMom of a 7 yr 2 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello good evening !! AFI indicates Amnitioc fluid level 8-9 cms water level which is adequate. Through amniotic fluid baby gets all nutrients so average level of Fluid should be maintained 11-13cm. Have more water and fluids As you didnt mention your Month of pregnancy consult and follow your Gynaecologist suggestions.
