If the child lethargic, dull you need to consult the doctor.

I don’t know why you feel that your child is read because your child is having appropriate weight gain as per the age so you should not be feeling that your child is week yet if you have a concern that you feel your child is weak then you can get a check with your paediatrician asWrite Your Answer Here
