Q.

my periods starts on 19 April nd this time it is on 16 may when my ovulation days starts I m eager to be pregnant I continuesly tried from 6 months bt always disappoint.what to do?

A. Your Gynecologist will give you the proper guidance regarding this after doing a pu proper examination and then only some needful advice can be given regarding this . so please consult your doctor once. Ine general you should take a healthy diet for yourself with plenty of liquids and also get a routine check up done

U See most of the times we have seen that the ovulation is somewhere between 10 to the 14th day after your last period date so now it is 16th once your period get over calculate your 10th to the 14th day after that user ovulation kit to find out if you are operating and that’s the right time for you to try conceiving for a child
