my periods are irregular now 20 days delay what tablet can be used for periods coming

Don’t take random medicines to get your period please check with your doctor she’ll have to figure out what’s the problem you should get an ultrasound done if needed so the doctor will be able to tell you what’s the problem what solution just a random medicine medicines are just going to make it worse
