My pediatrician recommended iron drops for my baby he is of 4 months I don’t know on ehich basis he recommended the drops as he didn’t do any blood test or anything and the weight gain of my baby is normal.. is it ok to give a 4 month old iron drops ?? As I read somewhere that the children have ample amount of iron stored in them to last until 6 months.

Yes, iron drops only to be given if there is any deficiency. Please consult with your doctor again for the same as he will guide you better in this as why he has prescribed these drops
