Doctor has recommended iron drops for my 6th month old. I'm aware iron stores deplete and weaning foods can help but should drops be given?!

A. hello if your doctor has advise then it would be better you give it for the baby as their could be iron deficiency in the child so your doctor might have advised for the same so since the baby is very small it would be better to give it as advised by your doctor
