my papa(2.8 yrs old) having fever from aftnun.. 1-1/2 hrs before I gave paracetamol syrup till now it's not reduced

A. consult dr give ibugesic plus 5 ml... give him liquid food,, ors, pyrolyte or juicy fruit like apple chikoo.. baby's body should be hydrated

A. Maam the fever medicine cannot be repeated before six hours again so currently I would recommend you to give a cold sponge to the child and also check have you given the right amount of medicine because as per the age and weight the medicine amount varies and specially on the basis of the weight
