Q.

my baby is now 3 1/2 months old from last 3 days she is crying very much in the night after 8:30 and day before yesterday suddenly she got fever in the night ..so I gave her paracetamol syrup in the night and also next day mng ..why she s crying ..

A. this may be a feature of viral fever that five fever at once for that you can give paracetamol to baby every 6 hours leave for fever and consult a doctor nearby
