also it is important to look for any environmental disturbance which is affecting the sleep like temperature variatixons as well as the mattress problem.
rule out constipation which might be causing gastric disturbance and change in sleep pattern

Give proper dinner to the child before you put your child to sleep suppose you giving dinner about 7:30 PM are you are giving at eight in the night after that what when a half hours later before you put your child to sleep go ahead with giving milk to the child has that is going to keep the stomach of your child full for a longer duration and probably with that your child is going to sleep well in the night
