My one week baby is turning yellow , bilirubin total is 9.6 , is it dangerous?

A. It is little on the higher side the average figure is about 5.5 and right now you can ask your doctor if they suggested to keep the child into phototherapy or something because whatever your doctor advisers you just need to follow that
