Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. you can express the milk so that the blocked ducks will open up and then you can give breastfeeding to the child and if the problem still continues then kindly meet your gynecologist for examination and treatment and you can also go for hot fomentation which will help in decreasing the blockage
