my one month old baby having this type of acne what can I do for that?

Hello mom picture is not showing here but if it is smalle white pimples then this is called millia which is very normal in the new born babies and this will get better on its own within few months baby produces natural oils suggest do not make over use of creams and oils and keep the skin dry and clean and hygiene
