my one month old baby falls asleep soon while breastfeeding.. only one side he drinks at a time.. I feel he is not getting full .. pls suggest

A. Hai good afternoon ! It's normal in new born babies to sleep while feeding and wake up and demand feed(dream sleep). Give frequent feeds every two hours and on demand whichever earlier. Feed 10-15 minutes each side also feeding one side for 15-20 minutes is fine but the next feed must be given from other side to balance milk production and avoiding milk ducts formation.
