my one month and 7 days old baby have not passed stool in the last 2 days. baby is breast feeding. what to do

A. Small babies stool frequency varies as they grows. They may pass stool once in 10 days ,or may pass 10 to 15 times a day in small quantities, golden yellow in colour froothy in nature.so nothing to worry till it associate with abdominal distension, lethargy.
