Q.

My nipples were inverted . One came out during first baby but one still inside so fed more from one breast so there is size difference between breasts . My baby now 5+ yrs . Now expecting baby again . Possible to have same size breast after breastfeed??

A. Well I would completely depend if you feed more from the side which breast is smaller in size then maybe there is a chance that they are going to become equal but mostly the chances are very rare that the breast is going to be of the same size once the difference is there
