hi dr. in my first pregnancy I had only 3months breastfeeding to my son so what can I do for now my 2nd pregnancy due date is near and my nipples are also inverted and inside they are so is this time also can I produce more milk till 1yr atleast...becoz I m just worried about it ....

shilpi BhandariMom of 2 children3 years agoA. do not worry dear have lactation tablet have shatrvati Grind Cumin seeds fennel seeds and Mishri make powder of it and take this powder three times
a day with warm milk.have all the seasonal vegetables and fruits curd porridge oats dry fruits
have a glass of water every time you are going to feed your baby.
