my niece is in Himachal and very cold climate now so her skin gets dry quickly she is 3 yrs suggest some lotion which keeps her skin moisturised

Evion vitamin E cream and NMFE vitamin E cream that clinically acclaimed and pharmacy products which help in maintaining hydration and moisturising in the skin since it is too much cold the child can be massage with warm mustard oil twice a day which will also be very helpful
