A. Any Fall injury specially head injury needs to be assessed properly . In any such case certain symptoms needs to be checked like loss of consciousness reccurrent vomiting or any abnormal moment or convulsions . Such case needs immediate medical intervention as there could be some internal injury . Otherwise application of ice locally to reduce the swelling and pain can be done along with some analgesic like paracetamol. Recurrent fall injury for a child sbhould be avoided as it cacn lead to some chronic manifestations occasionally . Also teeth injury should be rule out in any such case which is commonly associated and can be easily missed out most of the time .

A. Hello dear parent! Immediately check for any discomfort symptoms like fever or nausea or any physical hurt. If you are still concerned better consult your doctor for a personal evaluation and seek further advice. Keep observing your baby for the night. Good luck and take care.
