My newborn is stepping from 2nd month to 3rd month now. Nowadays he is drinking milk only 10 mins for every 2hrs. Is it normal or I need to medicate?

Look if your child is gaining sufficient weight gain that your child should be having then there is no problem with the feeling of 10 minutes maybe the child is having proper latching capacity which is why the feeling time has reduced so that’s completely alright
