my newborn is one week old,he takes breastfeeding but after every breastfeeding he goes motion 2 to 3 times..how to stop this 2 to 3 motions after every breastfeeding

Do not worry about it as the progressing age you will see the exam going to get better but for initial 60 days or maybe 90 days of birth you can often see this thing happening which is completely normal as the digestion is very poor which is why this happens
