Q.

my newborn is 22 days old. I use to feed him 60ml at 2-3 hrs gap. but sumtimes when I m gving him 75ml he is intaking that too.. feeling asleep after taking both the quantities. only difference is when 60 he is becoming hungry within 2 hrs n whn 75 hungry within 2.5 hrs.. so which quantity shud I give him n at wat interval??? plz hlp. he is totally a fm baby.

A. so can i feed him 75ml everytime at 2.5hrs interval?? he is a formula fed baby

A. Between the ages of 1 and 4 months old, most breastfed babies will eat about 2 to 4 ounces of breastmilk every 3 hours during the day. Every baby is different, and it is normal if your baby sometimes eats less or sometimes eats more at a given feeding.
