my newborn, 10 days baby eye infection what i do?

I think eye infection not it is blocked tear duct that you are speaking about as because of baby is getting watery eyes and yellow discharge maintain hygiene use cotton ball dip in warm water and clean eyes press the nose and eyes joint area as pinch do 4-5times and repeat for 4-5times a day
